Our Delivery Service

Our extensive delivery service covers the following postcodes accross Wolverhampton, Dudley, Staffs, Walsall, & Birmingham. We fulfill all orders personally throughout our listed delivery areas by our team of professional drivers. This ensures that as you have placed your order with us because you appreciate our styles and services, that we actually design, make-up and deliver your order.

To help identify our delivery area we have listed the zones as postcodes:

All orders are subject to a delivery charge from £3.50. However order online and the delivery charge is FREE!

Additional gifts being sent with your flower or plant order will not incurr any extra delivery charge. (No extra charge if being delivered to the same address).

What if they are not in when we try to delliver the flowers?
Our drivers will make every effort to meet the special instructions placed on your order, but should the recipient not be in when they make delivery the first option is to leave your gift with a neighbour. Alternatively if there is a safe place to leave them (i.e. porch etc) they will be placed and on both instances a note will be posted to advise them of the attempted delivery and where to collect them from.

Orders outside our areas
If your order is outside of our listed delivery areas your order will be sent by relay (Teleflorist). For relay orders please phone for prices. This is due to us having to adhere to the national relay price guide

Prices

All prices shown include VAT at the standard rate and the VAT charged inclusive will be showns at the checkout for your reference. Should you require a full vat receipt please contact us and we can arrange the paperwork to be posted to you. Our VAT registration number is 786 3419 91.

The images shown are for a standard size. The standard price gives us a base price to recreate the theme.

If however the medium, large or luxury size is selected, this gives us the opportunity to give a greater flower selection and to include extra flowers to enhance the theme of the product.

Substitutions
Where possible we will endeavour to make up your order to the product specification. Due to seasonal fluctuations and out of stock items we will substitute with an alternative flower/product which is inkeeping with your order.
